10% Discount voucher conditions

The 10% discount voucher applies to our advertised web prices, but is not available with any other offer, such as our specials page.

Stock availability

We will always to our best to ensure that you have your items delivered within the time frame we advise at point of order. However, occasionally due to suppliers or transport problems, some delays may occur. We will do everything that we can to both keep you informed, and to ensure you get your goods on time.
 

Cancellations & Refunds

For goods that we have available in stock at the point of order, you can choose an exchange or credit note for the full amount if you change your mind before the due delivery date.

If you change your mind about a product and it has not been used or assembled, you may return it to the store with its original packaging for an exchange or credit note. You will be responsible in full for any delivery costs.

For special-order items, such as european-sized mattresses or items not carried in stock, there will be a 20% fee and you can choose an exchange or credit note for the balance of the account.

Custom made furniture cannot be returned unless faulty. This includes custom-finishes, such as fabric or leather choices on a range of beds. If you are unsure whether your item is custom made, please ask at point of purchase.

All exchanges and cancellations are subject to Bedworks store manager approval.
 

Payments

All payments must be made in full before delivery, or if a 30% deposit has been taken in advance, the account balance must be paid off in full at the point of delivery.

Payments can be made in cash or through EFTPOS facilities. We take Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club and Amex (3% surcharge).

All custom made products must be paid for in full at point of order.
 

Privacy

All customer details remain strictly confidential. This includes names, email addresses, telephone numbers and any financial details.

Bedworks will not pass on any personal details to third parties without first requesting your consent.
