10% Discount voucher conditions
The 10% discount voucher does not apply to marked down products or our everyday low price range.
Stock availability
We will always to our best to ensure that you have your items delivered within the time frame we advise at point of order. However, occasionally due to suppliers or transport problems, some delays may occur. We will do everything that we can to both keep you informed, and to ensure you get your goods on time.
Cancellations & Refunds
For goods that we have available in stock at the point of order, you can choose an exchange or credit note for the full amount if you change your mind before the due delivery date.
If you change your mind about a product and it has not been used or assembled, you may return it to the store with its original packaging for an exchange or credit note. You will be responsible in full for any delivery costs.
For special-order items, such as european-sized mattresses or items not carried in stock, there will be a 20% fee and you can choose an exchange or credit note for the balance of the account.
Custom made furniture cannot be returned unless faulty. This includes custom-finishes, such as fabric or leather choices on a range of beds. If you are unsure whether your item is custom made, please ask at point of purchase.
All exchanges and cancellations are subject to Bedworks store manager approval.
Payments
All payments must either be made in full before delivery, or if a 30% deposit has been taken in advance, the account balance must be paid off at the point of delivery.
Payments can be made in the following ways:
- Cash
- EFTPOS
- Visa, MasterCard, Amex (3% surcharge)
- Direct deposit
- e-Gate
For security reasons, credit card payments made over the phone can only total up to 30% of the actual purchase. The balance must be paid in store.
All custom made products must be paid for in full at point of order.
Delivery
Do not accept your order if it was damaged during delivery. We do not offer refunds to customers who lodge complaints about damages after they've signed for and accepted the delivered product/s. Always check your order upon delivery, and contact us immediately if you notice any damages.
Privacy
All customer details remain strictly confidential. This includes names, email addresses, telephone numbers and any financial details.
Bedworks will not pass on any personal details to third parties without first requesting your consent.
