THE BEDWORKS COMFORT GUARANTEE
The Bedworks comfort guarantee is a 100-day trial period, allowing you to test out your new mattress in the comfort of your own home. Here at Bedworks your comfort and convenience are our top priority and this trial period is our way of ensuring you're completely satisfied with your product. If you're still not 100% certain about your choice, simply send it back for a replacement. We will arrange a replacement mattress of your choice to be delivered by our wonderful delivery team who will also collect, pack and remove the original mattress*. It's that easy! TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This policy is effective from 09/03/2015.
- Bedworks return policy is valid for the first purchase and limited to one (1) time exchange per household. Please contact us directly within the first 100 nights of owning your mattress to lodge a return request.
- The 100-day trial period begins on the day you take possession of your mattress.
- Trial replacement guarantee is void if the product is altered, broken, odorous, severely damaged or soiled.
- The 100-day trial does not cover exchanges between sizes.
- Customer must have slept on mattress for a minimum of 14 days (to allow appropriate adjusting period).
- Product may be exchanged for any mattress of equal or greater value. If greater, the customer must pay the difference to the value of the new mattress.
- The following fees must be settled before the mattress been replaced or delivered: a.) an exchange fee of $500 b.) Mattress Pick-up Fee. c.) Replacement Mattress Delivery Fee.
- Delivery and Freight fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for any further costs involved in the removal and replacement of the mattress.
- While on trial, the original packaging of the mattress must be retained so that our delivery team can reuse to bag it when collecting and replacing with the new mattress.
- This guarantee is only valid for the mattress and does not extend to the bed base or any other products purchased.
- Requests for exchange must be accompanied by a Bedworks receipt as proof of purchase.
- All exchanges are subject to Bedworks approval.
- Bedworks reserves the right to withdraw this offer without further notice.
- This guarantee is excluded for super king, king size, special size mattresses, Sealy, Magniflex & Reverie brands.
- 100-Day Comfort Guarantee policy does not apply to interstate orders.
- The 100-Day Comfort Guarantee policy is valid to New South Wales (NSW) orders only.
- *At this current stage and due to unforeseen circumstances surrounding COVID-19, Bedworks still able to complete mattress exchanges. However, we had to increase the fee to $500 for each exchange request in order to cover the cost of safety precautions for our delivery team. This charge goes towards the replacement service that our employees undertake to ensure their safety while providing you with the service. Thank you for your understanding.
