Sales / Showroom Assistant | eCommerce Bedroom Furniture

Main responsibilities:

 

  • Delivering exceptional customer service via phone, e-mail, pre-purchasing & post-purchasing regarding product information; orders/tracking; stock inquiries, handling customer complaints, and other general inquiries
  • Preparing quotes, processing orders, invoicing and sending of all online/in-store orders and credit notes using a variety of systems.
  • Updating and management of all products using the Platform
  • General store maintenance duties.

 

The successful candidate will:

 

  • Strive to always offer the highest level of customer service possible;
  • Have a bubbly and can-do attitude;
  • Able to multitask and prioritise in an ever-changing fast-paced environment;
  • Be able to work autonomously, taking initiative and following through with clients in a timely manner;
  • Have a minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role but not essential;
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail;
  • Have exceptional administration skills and a moderate level of computer literacy with good experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Being extremely organised, energetic, positive, and the love of home décor and furniture is a bonus!
  • Fit & strong; be able to move heavy furniture when required
  • Must be available to work weekends. (3 weekends a month is required)
