Terms and Conditions

• Beginning 01 April 2018, Bedworks will be giving away two (2) $25 ColesGift Card to TWO (2) lucky winners.
• The winners will be determined through an electronic raffle draw of all eligible customers who have submitted certified entries during the month of the draw.
• Eligible customers are Bedworks customers above 18 years of age who have successfully performed Either of the following:

• Posted a review on productreview.com.au or VerifiedReview during the month of the draw.
• Uploaded their bedroom design with a bedframe purchased from Bedworks during the month of the draw.

• All customers who have successfully submitted certified entries are automatically included in the raffle draw. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means will be voided.
• Certified entries are reviews or images posted for the month that has passed posting guidelines and have been published during the month of the draw.

• Note: When verifying entries, BEDWORKS may request the customer to submit an invoice or an image of the product to verify ownership of the product.

• Please note that the products reviewed or the product image posted should be currently available for sale from BEDWORKS.
• Multiple entries are accepted.
• The monthly draw will occur one day after the last day of the monthly draw. For example, the draw for the Month of March 2018 will occur on 01 April 2018 12 PM AET.
• This promotion is valid until further notice.
• Bedworks has the right to disqualify entries that may be falsely generated or were for products that the user did not purchase. Our decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
• The winning customers will receive notification of their win together with the gift card in digital form via email from [email protected].

• Bedworks will use the winners’ email that was submitted to Bedworks during purchase.
• The winner will be notified one day after the electronic raffle draw.

• The gift card is non-transferable, exchangeable nor is it convertible to cash.
• Bedworks will not be liable for loss of the gift card and will not send a replacement should the customer lose the email containing the details of the gift card.
• The winning customer is bound by the rules and regulation set by the gift card. Bedworks will not be liable for any loss that arise from the breach of the gift card’s rules and regulation.
• Bedworks Employees and their relatives up to the 3rd degree are ineligible to enter.
• Bedworks indefinitely retains all rights, title and interest and unrestricted use of each image posted and reviews submitted, and may use it in any matter it deems appropriate without compensation given to the subjects or producers of the submission. Once a review or image is submitted, it becomes the exclusive property of Bedworks.
• Bedworks has the sole discretion to post or remove posts and reviews that contain obscene or offensive material. All submissions are moderated by Bedworks.
• Customers who submit photos or reviews warrant that their submission is original, does not infringe the intellectual property right of any third party and has not been previously and/or been used to win prizes in any other competition. Breach of this term will automatically invalidate the entry.
• Bedworks reserves the right to announce and/or publish the winner’s name and/or photograph on Bedwork’s website and social media channels for publicity purposes.
• Bedworks will not be responsible if the value of the product changes between the date of the publication of these Terms and the date the Prizes are awarded.
• Bedworks has the absolute discretion to suspend, cancel or recommence this promotion if:

• For any reason the promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned.
• The promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion is affected.
• The determination of the winners or delivery of prize is prevented or hindered by any event outside the control of Bedworks.

• Bedworks and its associated agencies, companies, directors and employees shall not be liable in any way under these terms or at law (including, but without limitation negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but without limitation direct, indirect, or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained about this competition or promotion or about the prize.
• Bedworks will collect your details only for the purposes of this promotion. Pursuant to the Privacy Act, you have the right to access and correct any personal information provided by you. Winners may have their name, state and photo published for promotional purposes.
• Bedworks take no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, failures of any computer equipment, software, inability to access telecommunication network services, congestion or any other error or malfunction in relation to the promotion, including, but not limited to misdirected, late or failed requests for registration.
• Subject to any State or Territory gaming regulations, Bedworks may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion or these Terms and condition at any time and for any reason before the end of the promotional period and shall not be liable to any entrant or prize winner for any loss or damage incurred as a result.
